"InJazz" summer seminars
XII edition - Fabriano (AN), Italy, 1-11 August 2010
"In Jazz" summer seminars offer a wide range of theoretical, instrumental, group and orchestral music from the repertoires of jazz.
Courses are available for students of all levels, from beginners to professional musicians, and are held by teachers with a wealth of experience in a welcoming environment which encourages concentration and hard work as well as social contacts.
As well as the seminars, there will be concerts, exchanges and jam sessions. Entry is free to all events.
Fabriano, where the seminars are held, is a medieval centre renowned for its paper-making traditions and lies in a valley in the Umbria-Marche Appenines.

- GIORDANO PIETRONI double bass and electric bass, jazz ensemble, English diction for singers
Fabriano is in the centre of Italy in the Marches region, Province of Ancona. It is 50 km from Ancona/Falconara airport (there are train connections) and can also easily be reached by train (Rome-Ancona line) and by car.
Courses are organised at two levels: beginners and intermediate/advanced.
Lessons are held in the Italian language, English language on request.

The students will perform in a final concert during which two grants will be awarded.
